Booking through Tripadvisor was seamless. Our transfers were included and we were picked up timeously. Our pilot flew us over either side of the falls before our return, and it was not rushed. Capacity in the helicopter was 3, and all 3 of us had window seats. Overall, it was a great experience

I was lucky enough to take Scenic helicopter flights' 25 minute option which gave us time to fly several times around the falls and then fly upstream and over the Zambezi National Park where we saw elephant and giraffe below. The pilot was friendly and informative and made sure that all the passengers got a great view!
Flying over the falls adds a whole new dimension to one's visit and grants you a whole view and perspective that only a lucky few visitors get to see.

It you are in Victoria Falls, this needs done. Coming all this way and missing it would be a shame.
Really professional setup. Well organised with even a pick up and drop off to your hotel.
Each person gets a window sest.
We opted for longer flight as it goes over Zambia and you see some animals (not guaranteed off course) but if you have been on safari, perhaps cheaper, shorter flight is more advised.
You see the entire area and can marvel at the water flowing from all around.
